Glenroyal Polka Dot Culotte Romper Suit Dress-1950s or 1960s Vintage

Vintage Childs Polka Dot Culotte Romper Suit Dress.

Rare child's romper believed to date to circa 1950s / 60s.

Label reads 'Glenroyal Made in Great Britain 20'.

Measurements:
Waist 11" flat. 8" shoulder to shoulder.
Size when flat 13" measured beneath the arm hole.
Length: From shoulder to hem approx 19".

I would presume that it may be approx. 20" chest as it is marked '20' on a small label.

Very good vintage condition.
We have only given it a very quick light handwash and have noticed once it had dried, and on close inspection, it has some barely noticable mild storage discoloration on the main body.This is so faint that it would be impossible to display in photos.

As shown in one photo about 2" of the front body seam needs replacement stitches. One corner where the fabric folds on the neckline may possibly need a replacement stitch.
The button on the shoulder is broken.
