Viyella Knitting Book Babies Garments, No 2. 
Claims to have 'over 50 garments for baby'. 
Many illustrations including some elementary knitting notes with diagrams.  

Pre-owned.
Very good, sturdy used condition,but does have one damaged page close to the back of the book.

We have not been able to find more than 2 examples of this item and those do not have pictures so we cannot confirm if it is missing it's cover or not.
One example was the V & A museum which claimed that it dates to the 1930s.
