All Cards in good clean condition and firmly stuck in the album
Album in good tight & tidy condition - with outer covers showing some age toning and grubbiness - see photos
Previous owner (presumably the original smoker) has attached a handwritten checklist to the first page of the album - this has been glued to approx 0.50" of the top margin / edge of the page (see photos).
