Appears crisp - as though unused. 
Believed to be Maltese Lace, however it does not have the customary cross design. 
Colouring is more creamy than appears in the photos

Length approx. 51" 
Width approx 4.50" at the widest points at the ends.

Pre-owned antique.
Excellent crisp condition - as though unused. However, it has been in long term storage and on close inspection there appear to be a couple of barely noticeable storage marks.

Nice display / practical piece, or authentic period theatre prop.
