Victorian Engageantes Sleeves, Muslin Whitework Embroidery Handmade

Superb pair of museum quality antique handmade Engageantes - false Sleeves, dating to the Victorian era. 
Finely worked whitework on the cuff section and the bell section of the sleeves which is edged with narrow bobbin lace. 
The material has a lovely soft to the touch feel about it - possibly muslin or similar as it is sheer. 
Beneath the upper cuff is a double layer of muslin which give the cuffs body. 
The top of the sleeve is hemmed.  

Would make nice display / practical pieces, or authentic period props

Size:
Approx 20" longest part. 
Approx 23" circumference on the cuff.

Condition:
Beautiful condition - no damage - as though barely used
