Victorian Embroidered Camisole - Handmade With Provenance

Antique hand embroidered corset cover with an attached label stating 'Handmade by Clara Bland' (No other information available). 
Believed to date to the Victorian era - circa mid 19th century. 
The material looks like a soft cotton and appears not to have been worn.

Would make a nice display / practical piece, or authentic period prop

Size:
The waist is approx 22". 
NB: We unable to ascertain an exact bust measurement. Our model is a 34" bust and a 24" waist, however as can be seen, the garment easily fits the bust having a loose fit, but does not close as it gets closer to the waist! There is more room at the bust so it could possibly fit a 34" bust - but please bear in mind that the small waist!

Condition:
Previously owned antique clothing.
We have not laundered this piece, therefore, as the item has been in long term storage, it is discoloured with age and we cannot say what the true colour would be if it were to be washed - it appears a little darker than seen in the photos. 
We do not know how old the ribbon is - it is in superb condition and may not be as old as the garment itself
