Fine Artist signed colour tinted etching of a City / Port scene understood to be Copenhagen. 
Artist's pencil signature to lower right hand corner with location (indecipherable) to lower left hand corner. 
The Artist is believed to be Aage Lundgreen (1884-1957) - there is a signature within the etching (lower right hand corner), together with the date '1925'.
Under glass & matted within a modern wood & gilt frame

Ready to hang.
